I’m an Anxiety & Nervous System Regulation Coach dedicated to helping adults build real, sustainable calm.

 

My work centers on one core belief: anxiety is not a personality trait — it’s a nervous system pattern. And patterns can change.

 

Through somatic practices, EFT tapping, and grounded integration, I help clients move from chronic tension and overwhelm into steadiness they can actually feel. This isn’t about quick fixes or mindset tricks. It’s about teaching your body how to regulate so calm becomes your baseline.
